Brief History

Great Secrets

  • Macadamia nuts have antioxidant properties, thus their oil is beneficial even for the skin. They contain phosphorus and selenium, as well as saturated fats, and therefore should be consumed with moderation as excessive quantities can increase cholesterol.

Did you know that...

  • Macadamia nuts have a creamy texture and this is why they are particularly used in confectionery and in delicious chocolates.
